;ambitions and hopes; do you think,ambitions are important ?maybe yes,ambitions and hopes are important giving us motivation and the fighting spirit to live up to our potentials.anyway i'd to add that only with adequate facilities can ambitions be achieved. therefore ambitions should be in line with our capabilities.and not like the saying ;the heart wants to embrace the mountain,but the hand are in no position to do it.

;laughing is healthy; why are you lauging ? is there something funny ? we usually laugh if there's something funny,or with a high sense of humor,we can laugh at ourselves-but always with a reason. laughing is healthy,that's for sure,it relaxes the muscles of the face and the stomach.laughing is good on one condition; you need somebody to laugh with.why is that ?..laughing at yourself is common,but laughing by yourself is something else......
