;formal education; what is the minimum limit of formal education,one should at least be able to read' write and count,as primary school education. formal education extends our way of thinking and enhances our capabilities,apart from enhancing knowledge,we are more capable at problem solving. man has the ability of thinking to educate himself as well as others. in addition to formal education,we can also enhance our knowlodge and skills through nonformal education through vocational training computer courses ang the like,only an intelligent nation can make progress,and an advanced nation will always emphasize its education.
